Belly Dancing Class

Greetings dancers, my name is Parva Tara. I have been a belly dancing instructor since starting CHS Belly Dance Club in 2009 and have been practicing Middle Eastern dances since I was a toddler. I have studied sacred birth keeping & midwifery for 10 years and specialize in holding space for a deeper connection to our babies, ancestors, womb, pregnancy, birth & postpartum/moon through dance.  I will take you on a journey through middle eastern music and rhythms, demonstrating how to dance with various techniques and props while also holding space for heart alignment & improvisational dance. I hope to awaken your fire with a fresh breeze of air, bring you a cool glass of nourishing water, and inspire you to dance toe-to-dirt waving your wild hair.
