Shakti Circle: Co-creating a supportive alcohol free space

Women sitting in circle is an ancient tradition built around sharing, connection and celebration. Living alcohol free is not always an addiction conversation, it can also be a wellness conversation. Regardless of how you identify- this is a space where you can feel empowered by your choice not to drink.  Come to get vulnerable, be authentic and relate to other women on a similar path. This is an inclusive space and we welcome anyone who is considering shifting their relationship with alcohol but has not quite taken action yet.

About your facilitator:

Christine is a Certified Recovery Coach whose passion is to help women find joy without alcohol. She is a lifelong learner with a growth mindset and believes it is never too late to make great strides and improvements in our lives. Yoga, breathwork, journaling and connecting to nature have all been essential practices to her personal recovery from alcohol addiction. She strives to help women release shame and embrace a life more in alignment with their inner warrior.
