Neat way to hide electrical panel access hole in hallway?
During a rewire, the electrician made a 12x18 inch hole to reach junction boxes in the hallway wall. I’d like a removable cover that doesn’t scream “patch job” since it’s in a high-traffic area. Any good products for this?

A flush-mount access panel is exactly what you need for visible areas. They’re made to look like part of the wall once painted. This wall hole cover is well-reviewed for home use – tough plastic, no rust, and the frame hides any rough edges around the cutout. Easy to pop off for future electrical work and snaps back securely. Much more polished than a magnetic picture frame cover or similar hacks.
